The short version: we want kids to play, not to be tracked.
Draft. This policy is a starting point written for launch and has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet. It will be replaced with a reviewed version before the site collects any personal information.
What we collect
Playing games on Games by Teachers does not require an account. We don't ask for names, email addresses or any personal information from players.
Some games remember things on your own device (a high score, whether sound is muted, the games you recently played). That stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Children
This site is made for kids, and we take that seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email hello@gamesbyteachers.com and we will delete it.
Third parties
Games hosted on other sites and embedded here may have their own privacy practices. We only embed games we've reviewed.
